Thank you, for considering me for your next event,  If you're looking for contageous energy, loads of interaction, and tons of fun, you're in very good hands.  I've gathered some of my most frequently asked questions to help you through the process.  So, let's get you some more information...

 

 

1.) Why should we choose Jennifer over other speakers?

3.) What information should we give Jennifer?

The best thing to do is have a conversation with Jennifer about the goals for the event. She likes to know the ins and outs of your process such as:

  • What to say and what NOT to say…
  • Is there a theme for the event?
  • Do you have folks with special needs or considerations? Jennifer is very interactive and wants to make sure everyone is comfortable and feels like they are a part of the event.
  • If you were me, what would YOU want to know that I couldn’t possibly know about this group/meeting/industry/organization/issue?
  • What are your people complaining about in the hallways and at the water cooler?
  • If you had magic fairy dust what changes would you make to your organization to make it more effective, productive and/or harmonious?
  • What can Jennifer say as an outsider, that you can’t?
  • How do you want people to feel after the event?

 

4.) Can we watch Jennifer in action?

Contact Jennifer to be a guest at an upcoming event, or plan to meet with her when she is in your area.

 

5.  What Audio / Visual needs does Jennifer have?

The following are Jennifer’s requirements for audio-visual equipment and room setup:

  • Wireless lapel or handheld microphone (all events)
  • Flip chart and markers (Breakout Sessions and Trainings)
  • Screen  (Breakout Sessions and Trainings)
  • LCD Projector  (Breakout Sessions and Trainings)
  • Jennifer does not use a lectern
  • Jennifer will bring her laptop  (Breakout Sessions and Trainings)

 

6.  If we need to look at other details for our event, will Jennifer hold a date for us?

Jennifer will hold your date in pencil on her calendar for 30 days. If another client becomes interested in that date, she will contact you first to see if you are ready to sign the contract. No deposit is required to hold dates.

 

7.  How do travel expenses work?

Most of Jennifer’s clients prefer the easy flat travel fee that includes everything, except for a ride to/from the venue/hotel, and the hotel cost, itself. Occasionally clients will ask Jennifer to invoice actual expenses after the event. (Jennifer travels from Phoenix, AZ, or wherever her last event was.)

10. How do we book Jennifer?

Simply go to Jennifer’s Contact page and fill in all the information. You can also click on the live link, at the bottom of this page, to send an email. We will contact you to set up a phone call to get a true feel for what you are looking for and what you need for your event.  When all the details of the engagements are agreed upon, a contract will be emailed to the client.  Simply sign it and return it, with a deposit, and we will be good to go!
